There are the following differences between CB-level and PC-level ATS

The CB level is composed of a circuit breaker, and the circuit breaker is responsible for breaking the arc, and requires the mechanism to trip quickly. Therefore, there may be unreliable factors such as slipping and refastening; but PC-level institutions do not have this problem. The reliability of PC products is much higher than that of CB products. Circuit breakers (MCCB) generally do not withstand short-term withstand currents and the contact pressure is small. When a short circuit occurs in the power supply circuit, the moving contacts of the circuit breaker are repelled and produce a current limiting effect, thereby breaking the short-circuit current; while the PC-level ATSE should withstand overload currents of 20Ie and above, the contact pressure requirements are large, so the ATSE contact It is not easy to be repelled or welded. This feature is particularly important for fire-fighting power systems.
